  • Crutchmer Wrestling Club, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred while participating in our programs.
  • By signing up, you acknowledge that wrestling and combat sports carry inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any participation.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

  • Payments for memberships, training sessions, and merchandise must be completed in full before participation.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a membership due to non-compliance with our club rules or conduct violations.

SECTION 5 - PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY

  • Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without consent.

SECTION 6 - CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants must adhere to a high standard of behavior, including:
✅ Showing respect to coaches, teammates, and opponents.
✅ No harassment, bullying, or unsportsmanlike conduct on or off the mat.
✅ Maintaining good sportsmanship and discipline at all times.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or expulsion from the club.
